Anthony, with over a decade of cooking in the finest restaurants in California, adds his West Coast twist to Southern favorites as the mastermind behind the Gulf Tacos recipes. Gene, with years of festival experience, is all business and makes sure everything runs smooth on the back end so that all you have to worry about is getting your hands on these awesome fresh tacos!
At Gulf Tacos we are passionate about bringing great Tacos to festivals all over Louisiana. Everything served by Gulf Tacos is made from scratch with love. Our shrimp and fish tacos are made using only the freshest local seafood.
A percentage of our profits from every event is donated to Bridgehouse/Gracehouse in our effort to help the fight against addiction in New Orleans. We are serving up great food for a great cause.
